A credit application must be turned in before we can begin showing properties

 

How long is the term of the lease?

 

Advertised rent charges are based off of 12 month leases.

How much is it to submit a credit application?

 

$45 on our website

$40 In office, with a money order or cashiers check

 

When will I know the results of my credit application. 

 

The processing time for credit applications may take up to 48 hours for weekdays. Applications submitted on the weekend may be subject to longer wait times. 

 

Pets

 

How much is the pet deposit?

 

$400 Non-refundable for each pet

 

How much is Pet Rent?

 

$40 each month, per pet
